I stopped after a long drive home from working late, just before midnight as i wouldnt make the late tescos down the road , ( I would have if i hadnt stopped here) The night lady was beyond rude, totaly purpousefully ignored me at the night window doing a puzzle book, when she did acknowledge me refused to get what I needed saying it was too late and they were closed !with signs on the shop and google saying 24hrs???? wtaf. she couldnt be bothered to do her job. I was fuming as I care for an old sick gentleman and just needed a few groceries for him for the night.I Had to waste extra fuel and time driving all the way to the esso on ringwood road and had to get night visit care worker to stay longer when shes got other peple to see.Disgusting service. Id give no stars if it would let me. You might as well be closed at night advertising 24 hours .

Paid for petrol & a paper. Poor guy had cycled into work* went thru a mega puddle & been in wet socks all shift with hours left. So after my charity shop visit for a chair with wheels for Bern (because his chair's scratching my marley tiles but didn't have any) bought socks & a 50p dog towel & some bargain wet weather grab gloves & took it back to him & he was very pleased. He's a lovely guy & Shell is a good petrol station. Always nice 2B of help to someone.

Awful place at night the girl on the night window is just so rude she needs to go

Women who was there this morning at 3am on shift couldn’t even acknowledge I was there at the night hatch was too busy cook breakfast items and then disappear into thin air out back and didn’t even come back . Won’t be coming back even in a freak emergency
