Never expected from Shell. I paid a premium of ₹117 per liter for petrol and asked them to air-spray the engine bay, and the person putting the petrol and cashier agreed. The person who changes oil is very lazy, and he says the owner will not accept air spraying the engine compartment unless we change oil and continues I can call petrol bunk owner and he laughs with cashier. Felt very bad coming to shell and will never ever come again.

They Don't even allow the customers to use Rest Room claiming that water is not coming properly in wash rooms.. If that is true what is the situation of the employees ???? Never expected this from Shell.. Worst & Rude behaviour from employees when asked about this..
