Bardzo niemiła obsługa. Pani wręcz miała nas za złodziei jak się okazało że dkvnie obsługują a na koncie w tym momencie nie ma pieniędzy. Była bardzo niemiła, opryskliwa i odradzam wszystkim wizyty w tym miejscu. Była wręcz chamska . Pomimo że po 15 min kasa została przelana na konto i opłata zostala dokonana to jeszcze coś się odgrażała. Nigdy więcej shell w Anglii. 10.02.2023 około godz 21:00

Ran out of Adblue. Pulled up to the Adblue pump 14.11.2022 about 9.30pm. The cashier flat out refused to let me pump adblue into my Mercedes EClass saying pump is only for HGVs and I should buy the containers. My car takes 20l adblue. I tried to explain adblue is adblue but she wasnt having it and somewhat rude.. It was not busy at all..

Half of the pumps were out of order, so thought I'd be a decent citizen and move my car after filling, to let someone else use it. Only for the Lady at the till to gesticulate and shout over the tannoy, even after I informed her of my intentions. Very uncalled for.
