Shelby's Shawarma - White Oaks

Usually, I'm a big fan of Shelby's, but today's experience left me disgusted. I ordered their legendary shawarma wrap with both beef and lamb, only to find it excessively soaked in oil. The packaging was literally dripping, and the staff nonchalantly handed it over to me. Despite my request for more napkins to deal with the mess, they seemed indifferent, offering only two additional napkins for cleanup brushing me off. I can't even eat my lunch because it's so saturated.

We love their food but the best is the manager Abdulla. Customer service at this location is at its best among all the Shelby’s, love their cauliflower with chicken.
