Called early morning, 4/10/24. I was greeted with a smile over the phone. I think her name was “Kathy”. Super sweet lady and helpful. Exceptional customer service always speaks volumes.

I've lived here all my life and never had any problems. String cheese is always in stock! Never have i seen a gas station like this one. The kindest employee I've ever met ever was here. I had a problem with my cheese stick ( It didn't have a lip for opening), and he cut it for me :) Anyway, the point is, it's a great place. Yes, there are homeless people, but have you ever seen a gas station without homeless people? Like, come on, guys.

Great store with great prices on gas and inside store food and items. Love the hot food you can order. We are local and only thing we don't like is people lurking around will ask you for money while you are pumping gas. The store associates are aware as I see them talking on occasions.

horrible experience, my mother accidentally selected 93 when back inside to get it switched the woman at the counter was very rude. Gave incorrect information my mother understood and is telling her the money did not go back on the ccd and needed to be refunded. gets even more of an attitude, Puts to her mic and proceeds to ask for a manager to explain that the money goes right back on the ccd. which it did not. if she doesn’t have the proper information then maybe she shouldn’t be behind a register. I don’t care how busy an establishment is if a customer makes a mistake it’s not your job to give the customer attitude it’s your job to not make them feel worse. i have worked at a mobil gas station in my younger days accidentals happen and at the end of the day my mother isnt incompetent at all. worse experience we are in 2024 don’t just hire anyone. we could have been a mystery shopper and your location would have failed. tell the cashier to correct herself or quit if she cannot handle the job, it’s not for her.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to [sheetz]. Despite pre-ordering my meal for convenience, I still faced a significant wait time upon arrival. To make matters worse, the service was far from welcoming. One of the staff members, in particular, A fat Caucasian male!) displayed an unprofessional attitude when handling my order, which only added to the frustration of the delay. It’s unfortunate when the basic expectation of job performance and customer service isn’t met, especially when the business promises a streamlined pick-up process.

Even at 5 am on a Saturday. Every employee is happy and helpful. Thanks for helping my early morning drive.

This sheetz is absolutely awful. Almost every time I order food, my order is messed up or missing items. The staff is unfriendly as is the security. There’s unfortunately nothing nice to say about this location.
