Our story goes all the way back to the late 70s in the streets of Jerusalem. Our late father travelled on a tractor from village to village, offering locals wheat to make fresh flour at an affordable cost. This tradition of honest work, coupled with caring-for-community, continues to be our family’s guiding principle. We are delighted to share our family’s authentic recipes.
