I don’t enjoy the service and the drinks at this location. I’ve been to all the shared tea locations on the eastside and the drinks are always different tasting and quality.

Good tea, but always close earlier than advertised times

Specified multiple times I wanted extra ice and the kid still rang me up for less ice. Drink was made with like 4 cubes and I said again I wanted extra ice, and they said to each other “maybe order your drink right next time”. Lol… as if I didn’t say extra ice 3 times and asked them to “pack the cup with ice” In store order #44 if managers wanna take note.

Good boba! I wish the staff were more friendly, seemed like none of them enjoyed their job.

I love these workers so much i've been going to this same location of the last 5 years the boba was so good yummy yummy in my tummy tummy . I love getting boba fresh milk with no sugar and no ice!!!!!!!!! The workers always seem very happy and theres always music playing!!!
