Shanghai Garden is a restaurant located in International District of Seattle (formerly known as Chinatown). Chef Hua Te Su began learning the craft of cooking at age twelve under the guidance of his master chefs. He learned everything from the basics of cooking to the best of Shanghai, Taiwanese, Szechuan and Hunan style cuisines with his emphasis on savory, healthy conscious creations.
