Waited 20+ minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich, and 2 orders of fries. There were 10+workers behind the counter and about 5 of them were legit pretending to work. I ordered in and grabbed a table number but they still called out my name for me to get up for my food. The food is not the same as it used to be and the shack sauce is no where near as good. Overall it was better when they were open for the first 2-3 but after this experience I don't think I'll be going back. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger
