Shake Shack Big Beaver Road – Troy

The service was very friendly and speedy. The fries were amazing however the chicken bites were a bit weird. The rootbeer was very sweet. It had a nice lobby.

Food extremely overpriced. Burger wasn't cooked thoroughly. I went to the Troy location the floors were dirty and so were the tables.

Parking is a nightmare, I’d suggest driving west, parking at the mall, and going to the Shake Shack in the food court rather than this location. Parking: Few spots available for 1 hour parking, everything else is 15 min mobile order parking and parking for Morton’s steakhouse.

Food was horrible. Service was okay they didn’t have any numbers for tables left. The employees were messing around the dining area. The employees in the kitchen were great.

Parking: One hour parking designated signs for restaurants.

food was good. but it always hurts to pay $25 for a burger, fries and a milkshake. the fries were $4 and cold. there’s a big sign that says “order here”but they shoo you away to a kiosk when you go to the “order here “ sign . the manager was clearly irritated with people trying to order from a human. after he told you to use the kiosk he went back to doing nothing. they weren’t busy at all. then they have you take a number for them to bring your food. but they don’t bring it. they might as well throw those numbers in the trash cause they don’t serve any purpose. for the price i could have had an actual server and some drinks at a real restaurant. they also solicit tips from you but dont actually do anything remotely close to serving you. might as well start tipping mcdonald’s drive thru workers . Parking: crowded parking with limited spaces and they’re timed spaces
