shabashabu is a family owned restaurant established in year 2002 by husband and wife Sushi Chef Charles Tirada and Thai Chef Nana Tirada. We served Authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine and sushi created by couple chef owner. We received more than 30 awards in the past such as Best Thai, Best Japanese, Best Ethic Restaurant, Best Sushi, Best Soup etc. Chef Charles and Nana always have a dream to have the coffee shop in their restaurant and finally BLACK IVORY CAFE (https://www.blkivory.com/) was open in year 2022. BLACK IVORY served famous Asian breakfast such as CHOK (famous rice porridge sheet food in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and others Asia country), NANA CHICKEN AND WAFFLE (Japanese style waffle with chicken breast Katsu fried), etc
