Me and two of my friends came here after a hike, drinks and nachos were good but the hot wings was extremely salty so we asked the server to change it, then their manager John came and checked court us and brought us the new plate of wings back and stood there to make sure it’s not salty then he came back another time and asked if we are happy! He gave us amazing customer service and we left happy
Great little spot to grab food watch some sport games and enjoy the day or night..
This pub is the best kept secret in North Van. The staff is made up of unique and genuine characters that will keep you thoroughly entertained throughout the night. It has great authentic pub food and drinks (I recommend the Mai Tai). Come in the day for food but stay at nights when there is a DJ and enjoy dancing to the hottest tracks!
The place is cool. Has a lot of TV's that were showing the hockey game. We walked in and sat at our seat. The service was incredibly slow tho. I think we were there for 15-20 minutes before anyone noticed us. They were training a new server so that may be why. The food took a while to get to us, we weren't given cutlery, and we had to hunt down someone so we could pay the bill. This was my first time here so I didn't know if this is standard; a regular patron may experience a more normal, faster service than we did. And while the service was slow, it didn't take away from the delicious food or the nice ambiance.
A hidden gem in North Van. Great atmosphere, drinks, food and service. Always a great stop after the night ski at the local hills. Kid friendly which is rare for a pub.
If I could leave no stars for everything I would. I ordered samosas, they were rock hard and over fried. So I ordered the chicken tenders and they were almost black. Our server, Sophia, was so rude, telling me they weren’t overcooked and walking away. We had to go get our own bill and she was rude then as well. I’ll never go back, my friends are in the neighborhood and I’ll drive elsewhere to go for a drink. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE! Gross and overpriced.
