A neighborhood bar-Seymour's is creation of Tara Lazar (Cheeky's, Birba and Mr. Lyons) and business Partner/Cocktail Engineer Steen Bojsen-Moller. Named after Lazar's father, Seymour's is a classic bar for drinkers. It transports you with its lush interiors, moody lighting and a sneaky unmarked side entrance-making it feel like a Palm springs institution that has been there for generations. Where past meets present; featuring key design elements salvaged from the original 1938 restaurant seamlessly merged with the modern and eclectic.
