American Porter with Vanilla & HazelnutIf you’ve been in our taproom, then you’re familiar with the railroad tracks in our backyard, and you’ve definitely heard our conductor friends’ train whistles as they pass by; it adds to the history and charm of our place, and so we honor them with our newest addition to the Sew Hop’d lineup: our porter. The dark, roasty flavor is expertly highlighted with soft notes of chocolate. Caramel, chocolate, and amber malts give this gem its beautiful color and bold malt flavor--but don’t count out the hops: chinook and nugget hops, best known for their bittering traits, balance this out with the perfect level of subtle, hoppy bitterness. Finally, we blended hazelnut and vanilla to create the perfect porter. Enjoy a fall evening in the beer garden, or nuzzle up to the bar in our taproom--either way, you’re going to love our porter. Enjoy a pint...or two. 32 oz. Crowler 5.5% ABV and 30 IBU

American Amber Ale with Cascade & Centennial HopsCall it amber, call it copper, call it whatever you’d like--our Amber Ale is subtle and extremely drinkable--some might even call it quaffable. The malt and hops balance perfectly, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy the subtle hop aroma. This one’s not too sweet, and not too hoppy; it’s perfect for any occasion. 5.9% ABV and 28 IBU

IPA w/ Citra & Centennial Hops If you like IPAs, you’ll love the explosion of citrus hop aromas and the bright, crisp finish. Our Big H 48 is Sew Hop’d’s signature IPA--it’s crisp and refreshing, but most importantly, it’s impressively drinkable. This one’s for you, Huntley.(Huntley, IL)32 oz. Crowler6.7% and 70 IBU

This is a favorite of ours here at Sew Hop’d, and we’re sure you’ll agree. Don’t worry about overwhelming, hoppy bitterness here--100 lbs of honey takes care of that.
