Brewed to order, coffee of your choice. Using a Hario V60, we hand brew coffee with the utmost attention. Every variable matters.

Ruby Coffee Roaster's Creamery Blend brewed, kegged, infused with nitrogen gas to create a smooth, velvety, caffeine packed potation.

3/4 coffee, 1/4 steamed milk, entirely comforting.

Coffee + espresso shots. Enough caffeine to wake a sleeping bear.

Batch brewed coffee, readily available, piping hot.

Intelligentsia's Black Cat Classic Espresso, nuances of dark chocolate, black tea, light caramel sweetness, and, every now and again, cherry cola. That'll do.

Created in Italy for the American troops who couldn't quite handle the intensity of flavor in an espresso shot. Take espresso shots, add water, drink, repeat.

4 oz. of espresso and steamed milk, equal parts. Balance.

6 ounces of perfection. A double shot of espresso with velvety frothed milk at 135 degrees.

The 3-ounce Italian Macchiato. A double shot of espresso with just a mark of frothed milk to cut the intensity.
