Sergio Pollini Lampredotto

Floransa' da yiyebileceğiniz en iyi Lampredotto. Çok ekonomik. Klasik çok güzel. Ancak ben kurufasulyeli ve domatesli Lampredottiye bayıldım. Türk kardeşlerime şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Sergio ve arkadaşlarına aynı hizmete devam diyorum.

テイクアウト専門の臓物やさん。ランプレドットというフィレンツェの名物だそうで、こちらは老舗のようです。 陽気なおじさんたちが小気味よくリズムを刻み、作り立てを提供してくれます。柔らかく煮込まれた臓物は程よく歯ごたえがあり、サルサベルデとピッカンテとの相性が最高でした。 近くのアンティーク市の帰りに寄ってみましたが、なぜか日曜日でもやっていたのでラッキーでした。キッチンカーのような屋台です。

Excellent sandwich. Sought this place out while in Florence due to YouTube research. Very much worth the seeking! Don’t let the fact that tripe is not your typical American food throw you off. This was a tasty treat. Slow cooked with onions and mild slices, chopped, and served on a fresh crusty bun with spicy peppers if you wish. Make sure to ask for them to add “soup”, The juice from cooking, to the sandwich. We ate at seats there at their cart with a small glass of red wine, but you can also take to go off course. Highly recommended!

Beef Stomach, Beef cheek in a bun at 5 euros and 1 euro for the house wine. Very good traditional food!
