Our Organic Hojicha is essentially a Japanese roasted Matcha. Like matcha, Hojicha is a form of green tea powder made from mature tea leaves that are roasted before being stone-ground into powder. A rich, roasted, almost nutty flavor profile with notes of cacao. One of the closest alternatives to coffee.
