We have replaced the former restaurant [buk-kyung2] and opened [Seoul Jangteo] in the same location. We invited a head chef of The Westin Chosun Hotel(5 star) all the way from Seoul to Boston to improve our recipes for our Chinese cuisine inspired Korean noodles such as Jjajangmyun, Jjambbong and tangsooyuk dishes that almost all Koreans love. One of our specialty and a must try menu is Pork Gukbap (translated as Broth-Rice). The rich broth from the pork bones is made from boiling for 12 hours and aged for another 12 hours before served into each quality bowls of Gukbap along with quality meat from different parts of the pork. Just try our Gukbap bowl and you might never have to search for the flavor we all have been missing from Korea.
