Two fajita tacos with your choice of flat iron steak or chicken, sautéed with onions and peppers, refried beans, rice and pico de gallo.

One half pound of charbroiled ground beef wrapped in a flour tortilla and filled with refried beans and pork green chili. We top this with melted cheese, sour cream, guacamole, picco de gallo and more of our famous green chili.

An omelette filled with our famous green chili, topped with more green chili, melted cheese and sour cream. Served with tortillas.

A deep fried burrito filled with spicy chicken, then smothered with Mexican cream cheese and topped with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Served with a side of Mexican rice.

A charbroiled center cut strip steak and two cheese enchiladas topped with sour cream and accompanied by refried or black beans.

A roasted green chili stuffed with jalapeño cheese, batter fried and smothered with our special sauce.

We take the sugar out of the sopapilla, fill it with beef or chicken and then top it with red sauce and melted cheese. Served with Mexican rice and black or refried beans.

Strips of whole green chiles around spicy pepper cheese, wrapped in egg roll skins and deep fried to crispy perfection. Two to an order, smothered in our special sauce and served with Mexican Rice and refried beans.

Our chicken or steak fajitas get even better when grilled with a splash of margaritas! We then bake it on a pizza crust brushed lightly with olive oil and top it with fresh picco de gallo and Monterey Jack cheese.
