Palate: Peach and lemon followed by a moderate bitterness and spice in the midpalate with a guava note on the finish. Medium body and medium acid with light astringency. Petillant. 0.5% residual sugar.
    • SUSAN'S SEMI-DRY 2020

      Blend: Dabinett 79%, Rhode Island Greening 8%, Northern Spy 6%, Newtown Pippin 4%, Gold Rush 3%. ABV: 7.5%. Visual: Brilliant, Deep Gold, Petillant. Nose: Apple, peach and orange. Palate: Floral note, an initial hit of bright acid is followed by sweet peach and rose. Moderate bitterness then leads to an astringent almost powdery finish. This cider feels substantial on the palate. Petillant: 1.4% residual sugar.

      Blend: Chisel Jersey 42%, Baldwin 26%, Golden Russet 20%, Northern Spy 12%. ABV: 8.2%. Visual: Gold slightly cloudy. Nose: Grapefruits, oranges, violets, and allspice. Palate: Concord grapes and fresh orange with mild astringency and bitterness. Petillant: Lightly filtered, 0% residual sugar.
    • CACKLING HEN 2020

      Blend: Yarlington Mill 32%, Ellis Bitter 29%, Northern Spy 19%, Tremlett's Bitter 12%, Newtown Pippin 6%, Chisel Jersey 2%. ABV: 7.0%. Visual: Gold, Brilliant, Perlant. Nose: Ripe plum with baked and fresh apple. Palate: Lush with ripe concord grape, lemon drops, cherry and wood resin. Petillant: 1.4% residual sugar.
