Upscale dining at it’s finest in Orange County. Quaintly attached to the South Coast Mall, this little gem is a place you don’t easily forget. They have seating in both the dining and bar areas with plenty of ambiance and old world barrel winery charm. The service is top notch and the food doesn’t disappoint. On this particular business meeting visit, we indulged in a few appetizers, drinks and fantastic entrees… Don’t think we forgot about dessert. They have a palithera of delicious choices to choose from when it comes to appetizers and drinks. Always have their amazing Old Fashion and glasses of flavorful wine. We also chose the Pesto Chicken flatbread pizza and slow roasted meatballs. For lunch we chose the Wood-grilled filet mignon with delectable sides of mashed potatoes and broccolini. Not only was it mouthwatering and exquisite, it cut like butter with it’s soft and juicy texture. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection, everytime! Hats off to the chef and staff. Even though we were packed to the gills with goodness and deliciousiness, we had to have dessert. They have a scrumptious array of tantalizing treats in a small glass vessel for you mouth and eyes enjoyment. From the Keylime Pie, to The Oreo Cookie, Pecan topped caramel Turtle, a chocolate double chocolate something or another yum! .. We had to try them all. This place does NOT disappoint.
Great spot for business lunch or dinner. Not too loud privacy sections and fair pricing. Food is good too.
The server was great, comparable to upper scale restaurants, or even better. Very attentive and just knew things before even asking. I rarely give +30% tip but felt he deserved it.
Everything about our meal was perfect; but it was too crowded and loud. But if that doesn't bother you, this is the place to go in that area by the concert hall. I had the salmon, and it was divine!
Sea Bass was 6/10, Lobster Bisque was delicious
Jan. '24 - If you're looking for something light but still satisfying and delicious try their Grilled Salmon Sesame Salad or the Tenderloin Steak Salad - both are fabulous. July '23 - The Cedar Plank Salmon was perfectly cooked - moist and delicious! The Rainbow Trout is always a winner and don't ever skip dessert! April '23 - I took their survey and they sent me a coupon for a free Flatbread so of course we had to go back! The Chipotle Shrimp Flatbread was delicious! I also tried the Ahi Tuna salad which had too much greens and could have used more flavor. Dessert was a winner as always and service was great! March '23- Back again on a Sunday night for the Rainbow Trout and tonight I tried the Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops- both delicious and filling even though all their entrees are under 600 calories each. Don't bother with the Grilled Artichokes and Lemon Hummus, it was disappointing but the desserts will make up for it! Try the Key Lime Pie or the Double Chocolate! Yum! Our server, Jennifer or JR was very knowledgeable and efficient and took great care of us. Feb. '23 - Beautiful atmosphere and good food - we enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass and Rainbow Trout and the mini desserts are delicious and just right! Service was slow but friendly. Be sure to make a reservation as they were hopping on a Wednesday night at 6:30. Located right next to The Capital Grill and Bloomingdale's. Parking: Lots of free parking available right in front of the restaurant.
Seasons 52 is an excellent restaurant both here in Newport Beach and back in Phoenix. With a calorie conscious menu that offers tasty entrees and desserts, you can't go wrong.
Good food very friendly service, responsible pricing.
One of my favorite go to places for appies and drinks. Great cocktails…Orange blood margarita is a must. Entrees and desserts are delicious, also! Their dessert sample is a must. Catch their happy hour if you get a chance!
