Established inn Maplewood, New Jersey by Todd Simonds and Robert Mercadante.Scratch Taco serves up creative culinary eats for the most sophisticated and the purist of pallets. We provide unanticipated and exciting flavors in all our dishes. Our tacos are not always the typical, but often have bolder and bigger flavors not always found in a traditional taco. Our innovative chefs are from Mexico, Cuba and Ecuador and inspire our dishes with their home country flavors and family recipes.
