This places is amazing. My friend brought me here and I loved it. I had a Banana Nut shake and a protein waffle. Soooo delicious. And the best part all clean ingredients. I am very conscious of what I eat, and this place offers great, tasty options. Highly recommend it!

This is such an amazing place for a protein shake! So much flavors to choose from! I got the Fruity Pebble shake and it was so delicious! They have so many to choose from, as well as teas, and waffles. The owner of was so sweet and helpful!

What a great spot to hit the spot. It’s nice to have a neighborhood place to grab an on-the-go, quick, and healthy meal replacement. The flavors make it fun and even the kids like it. I recommend the black pearl tea paired with the lemon cake shake.
