Scooter's Coffee

Ordered ahead to help expedite the order since my wife and I were heading home with a trunk full of refrigerated groceries. ( during 100 degree plus heat index). Ordered two clear drinks and after waiting in line was told they were not available. Ok. We advised the person at 2 x larges would suffice. We were then had to wait in excess of 20 minutes to get to the window. And was handed mediums. Advised the girl at the window we asked for larges. The greasy haired girl then called back to the staff that it’s the “customers fault” and to remake them. Causing delay even further. Staff seemed half asleep. ( under the influence of something) ? They were lethargic and not customer focused in any way. No apologies for their mistake. No apology for delays. Nothing. No good bye or “thank you” just drinks thrust at me and walked away from the window. I honestly have never seen such shoddy customer service. - I have no intention to return to this establishment. I hope the owners read this and take heed. Since there are plenty of other places to get a drink. I would welcome a conversation with the owner if they wish. _ Update _ Following my review above, Scooters asked me to reach out to them via their portal. which is just a survey.. no personal contact details were asked for nor given. Scooters, you clearly do not give a damm about your customers or show any sign of wanting to address the issues listed above. Just give customers additional steps to achieve nothing. You have lost a customer.

DISGUSTING! I just went through the drive and wasted $18 on the three worse drinks I have ever had. First, the iced American with vanilla and a splash of cream was white. All cream and water. Zero espresso was detected. Next, an iced match with almond milk was not mixed well. It was chunky and watery. Lastly, an energy smoothie was all ice and energy drink. This one was strong on flavor. My daughter drank half and my husband finished it off. The other two went straight to the garbage. TERRIBLE first experience.

10/10 service, drinks are made so quickly, service has been so friendly

A little too pricey and cinnimon rolls and muffins were ok.
