Scoopz Ice Cream dba La Cuchara we are the first black owned homemade Mexican Ice Cream Shop in the Twin Cities. We took a very old building and completely gutted to just the studs of the building and completely remolded the whole thing. All of our wonderful art work was hand drawn on our walls by an amazing Tattoo Artist named Titus. We specialize in 36 different flavors, along with several different flavor popsicles and many other tasteful items.
