      A Pint of Honey Vanilla Ice Cream. Our Honey Vanilla is our first ever ice cream flavour from 1989. The genius of this flavour is in two simple parts. First, use just the right amount of honey to bring a special complexity in the ice cream base that is nuanced and rich all in one. Secondly, and critically, add in just about the best possible 100% real vanilla you can find. This we do in spades. It’s no surprise that for over 30 years, it’s also been our most resoundingly popular flavour.

We make our own caramel using a simple but clever caramel recipe and then add it to the base until the perfect caramel flavour comes out. We then add one of the best sea salts in Canada – a Maple Smoke Sea Salt from the Vancouver Island Sea Salt company, which perfectly finishes the ice cream with subtle maple and smoke notes.

      It’s especially hard to describe robust earthy and tart flavour to goat cheese that makes it one of the most interesting and hard-to-resist cheeses.
