Second time ever getting Schlotskys, first time at this location and sadly I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. I ordered a Turkey Bacon club meal with no tomatoes. Not only did my sandwich have tomatoes, it did not have any bacon or even any cheese on it. If a small sandwich, some chips, and a drink is gonna cost $14 at least give people what they ordered. The first time I ate at Schlotskys it was absolutely delicious but this is very disappointing, guess I'll just stick to the Wylie location only.
Lovey choices, delicious food, small portions you have to pay for (salad dressing) fresh tasting .
Always great. Whewwwww though - they have TERRIBLE, DECAYING CORROSIVE-PIPED, TAP WATER. MM.MM. That metal flake sure tastes good.
The restaurant wasn't crowded upon arrival. The restaurant was clean & the music was nice. We placed our orders( very friendly cashier)....turkey avocado sandwich and turkey club sandwich.. sandwich only, not combo. We sat for a few minutes. The cashier delivered our to go order in under 5 minutes. The sandwiches were flavorful and delicious. We also got the center of the roll cinnamon roll...it's basically a cinnamon roll in a cupcake. It was very good. We look forward to our next visit.
I would have given it 5 stars, but I can't because the scanner for my rewards doesn't work. Instead, I had to scan the barcode, but my phone, which is an iPhone 11, albeit it's temporary, is kinda stubborn, so I had to type the code, I got it wrong 1st try, but I got it eventually. This is bad because deals, offers, and rewards won't work. After all, you have to scan the QR code for it to work. Otherwise, its food was good!
I picked up my mobile order and the worker was extremely rude. I asked for a straw with my drink and was told it was in the bag. It was not, so I went back to politely ask again. The worker proceeded to ask me if I even opened the bag and had the nastiness attitude. This was uncalled for and very disappointing.
The parking lot and drive thru were clean. Service was friendly, quick and correct.
Arguably the greatest sandwich ever
