Schlotzsky's

I am not someone who writes reviews a lot, but I just wanted to write this because of a few things I noticed. The employees at this location are great and they’re often running around multi-tasking because they’re short staffed. The employees are not the problem at all, I just want the owner/manager to know that your customers notice when you’re mistreating your workers. There was a huge sign next to the AC unit that said “Do Not Touch the AC” and it was 79/80 degrees in the restaurant. When I worked in kitchens, it was even hotter in there than it was the lobby, so I know those poor employees are burning up. Treat your employees better and shell out a few extra bucks for more AC.

Gentlemen came over the Entercom saying "welcome to schlotzskys" and when i started to say my order emediatly told me "man can you just give me a second" with a very very rude tone! This place is a joke and has definitely went down hill in the last few years! Needless to say we went somewhere else for dinner

Lunch is usually busy but that’s absolutely normal… Other than that, the food is great! Vegetarian options: Pesto & veg

The French Dip is great. Big portions of nicely baked bread perfect for dipping in the salty, savory Au Jus. The tomato basil soup is thick and creamy, and good as an alternative dip too. I like that they have Mexican coke available.

This was my first time eating at a Schlotzsky’s. Food was great and the staff was super nice!

Sadly, this Schlotzkys has had issues since it opened - I had tried going through the drive through and had half hour waits with incorrect food when I was the only person there. I have started going back lately hoping it had resolved its problems. Today I ordered a sandwich and a Cinnabon to go. The sandwich was delivered promptly and as I ordered it, but there was no Cinnabon in my bag. I went back to the counter and after 2 tries they were still unable to get me what I ordered. I could understand if the place were busy or they were short staffed, but they weren't. My sandwich was delicious, but your staff is going to have to learn to pay better attention to their orders.

Just to let you know I got sick from my sandwich. I had a ham and cheese and it tasted ok I just thought I was over full. Then 5 hours later it hit - definitely food poisoning and also I gave my cat a few bites of the ham and she got sick. Will not eat at this location again

Only busy during lunch hours… but thats normal!! Otherwise, pretty great! Vegetarian options: Pesto & veg
