Schat's Bakery & Cafe

The Schat family has been in the Bakery business since the late 1800's. Multiple generations have continued to keep the Schat name synonymous with delicious baked goods. The Ukiah Schat's started their Bakery & Cafe in 1991 and have created a downtown Institution. Over the years the Ukiah operation has expanded locally with locations inside the Friedman Brothers Home Improvement store and the Mendocino Junior College.
