Worst customer service ever! I work in the mall and I literally could not get waited on a spent half of my break waiting to get my food once they finally decided to give it to me!

Pizza is always old. During lunch hour. When they do have a fresh pie they refused to sell it to you. I was there to get four family meals and the female refused to sell me pizza. I’m a paying customer and no I’m not going eat whatever she decided what was fit for sale. Not family or kid friendly. My toddlers were deeply disappointed.

Attended last 4 times wanting to order Baked Ziti but its never made and wont make extra and telling me because its a slow business day. All food should be provided no matter what on the menu.

Excellent place to eat pizza

told the lady working I wanted pepperoni and she gives me cheese I didn't realize til I took my food home .... I don't see how u hear cheese when I said pepperoni... but w.e

There is an older lady that works here who is rude to the MAX. I ordered a drink and only had a little ice in it. So I asked for a separate cup with ice. She gave me four pieces of ice and I asked for more ice she only added two ice cubes. Thennnn she gave me my pizza that barely had sauce. I asked for pepperoni and she gave me cheese twice. She asked for my payment So I just politely left the food, the drink and 4 ice cubes plus the 2 ice cubes she added at the counter.

It is cold and nasty overpriced for a slice of a pizza 8$not edible hot heated

The team did a great job feeding everyone today during lunch.

Lazy employees never do online orders. Claim they "didn't know" everytime. Same people say the same thing what a joke!

So I ordered through door dash and I love their pizza but, why give me two of the smallest slices they could find.. Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza slices
