The Saxbys in John Carroll University's St. Ignatius Hall is an Experiential Learning Platform cafe helmed by a Student Cafe Executive Officer that oversees a team of peers and all cafe operations while earning an undergraduate degree. Everything at this cafe is crafted for students, by students! The impressive breadth of this cafe also extends to its food menu. All-day breakfast highlights include Breakfast Grilled Cheese, pastries, egg sandwiches, Breakfast Burritos and a suite of unique toasts.
