Savour Hospitality is a locally-owned and operated collection of some of the best and award-winning restaurants in Cleveland, Ohio. Savour Hospitality restaurants include Lockkeepers, Marble Room Steaks & Raw Bar, Il Venetian, St. Clair Ballroom, Marble Room Sushi and Savour Coffee and Creations. Savour Hospitality also manages the Marriott at Key Tower, Cleveland, a vibrant city-center hotel with an abundance of amenities like the state-of-the-art Ascend Fitness Center and Spa, a full-service gym and day spa, Armando's Barber Shop, and large outdoor patio dining spaces. Savour Hospitality plans to open a new boutique hotel, rooftop restaurant/bar, a new fine-dining restaurant and event venues in 2025/26 at the historic Centennial Bldg.
