We're a mobile scratch kitchen that serves the best of Low Country, Cajun, Southern, and Soul Food cuisines. We have a passion for cooking, customer service and satisfaction. When you come to our truck we want it to go beyond you simply ordering food. We strive for you to be ordering a dining experience. We serve classic southern dishes and dishes that express our culinary creativity. Our turkey oxtails, shrimp and grits, fried and baked turkey wings, fried catfish, fried or pan seared 1/2 pound shrimp, hand patted burgers, homemade desserts, or our recent specials (pecan crusted chicken sandwich w/ honey butter, everything gumbo, fried ribs) are made with passion + a pinch of Love in every bite.
