Sarris Candies

Sarris Candies is a family-owned business that started when Frank Sarris want to impress his future wife, Athena with a box of chocolates. He began making small batches of chocolate for friends and family in the basement of their Canonsburg, PA home. By 1963, he had opened a candy shop next to his home, and in 1979, he opened an old-fashioned ice cream parlor. Today, Sarris Candies is a major business employing over 350 people, and their factory, ice cream parlor and storefront cover an area the size of a full city block. Frank Sarris passed away in 2010, but his legacy lives on through his family, who is committed to continuing the legacy of Frank and his dedication to high-quality product and exceptional customer service.
