I find it very strange that the place offers shrimp tempura, but no one there knows what tempura sauce is, how does that happen?

Extra sauce and extra chicken is extra good with good customer service to top it off they make your tray in front of you

I’ve been getting food from Sarku for years, but at this point I have to say that I’m done. It’s clear they don’t respect customers who order delivery via DoorDash. You pay a premium for the convenience and they give you way less food because you’re not standing in front of them. This is the third time this has happened, so shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt twice. This was an order with “double meat”.

Fraud! Scammers! Check your bank transactions right away. They acted like your card didn’t go through but when I checked my mobile bank app, my debit card was charged twice.

The rude guy taking orders tried to tell me I didn't order fried rice, had to make a separate order for it. The spring rolls were STOLL FROZEN! On top of that, they laughed at me when I asked for chopsticks. Wouldn't go here.

Hot Fresh Food! Fantastic Teriyaki Fast! Must ask for a couple more ladles of sauce to make it perfect!
