Sapporo East (San Sushi) opened it's first location in Cockeysville, Maryland in the early 90's. As of today, we have a total of 4 locations. Thanks to the votes of our loyal customers, we have received a number of awards over these years in Maryland and Pennslyvania. Sapporo East (San Sushi) not only keeps it's traditional Japanese dishes but is also introducing sushi eaters to a more modern style Sushi, by creating new rolls and appetizers with ingredients from all over the world.
