Santorini Lobby Lounge, located just off the main lobby of the resort, combines your favorite cocktails and other libations along with a lite fare menu and complimentary snacks - a great way to relax before or after your Fountain Grille experience. Open daily at 5:00 p.m. Happy Hour, Monday - Friday 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday's mean JAZZ! Please join us Wednesdays for the cool jazz sounds on keyboard and piano for your listening and dancing pleasure. We offer drink specials in the Lounge and creative dinner specials in the Fountain Grille.
