Sansan Ramen

Established in 2023. Sansan Ramen combines traditional Japanese cooking techniques with modern flavors offering a unique and memorable culinary journey. Its name, meaning “three mountains” in Japanese, reflects the inspiration behind our ramen bowls. Each bowl is carefully crafted to evoke the experience of exploring nature’s beauty. Co-founded by Kaz Narusawa and Rosie Tang, the restaurant pays tribute to the friendship and shared passion of two famous poets, Li Bai and Abeno Nakamaro. Both poets are famous for their mountain themed poems. With ramen bowls inspired by sightseeing and journey in mountains, Sansan Ramen creates a welcoming space for all.
