great atmosphere loved the music playing and food was delicious! lovely drinks very generous with alcohol amazing food especially guacamole we shared with tortilla chips, and prawn tacos were so yum

Located in the rooftop of UB city. Great food and beautiful ambience

Service was sub-par: server was MIA. Had to repeatedly call out to passing servers for orders. Food was ok. Drinks, while mentioned in the menu, were "not avlbl". A very forgetable experience. We chose to leave n have dessert at the kiosk nearby than experience any more of this plc. And the dessert was fantastic! The one highlight of the day!

The food was amazing just like how the other reviewers have told and it looks just like their photos. However, their service is mediocre at best and it feels stuffy in hot weather as it's partially open air. Before ordering I saw that they take 10% service charge and I decided to still order the food as I read good things about this place. But despite the place being half empty and servers standing around idle, we had to keep waving our hand for quiet some time to get them to take our order. The food arrived promptly and was tasty but ordering something again is a tedious process. They don't have a QR code to order. The people in the table beside us had to get up and bring a waiter to their table to order. Maybe it was because we were tables with small group. So despite the food being really good, given the ambience and service the prices and service charge are exorbitant.

I couldn’t resist scooping it up with those crispy chips. Bravo, Sanchez! 3. Veggie Taco Bowl Salad: For the health-conscious foodies, the stir-fried veggies taco bowl salad is a revelation. Fresh, colorful veggies tossed in zesty dressing, served atop a bed of fluffy rice—this dish strikes the perfect balance between wholesome and indulgent. 4. Quesadilla Delight: And then came the pièce de résistance—the quesadilla. Picture this: a golden-brown tortilla oozing with melted cheese, stuffed with sautéed bell peppers, onions, and a touch of jalapeño heat. It was like a warm hug for my taste buds. 5. Stellar Service: The attentive staff at Sanchez made our dining experience even more memorable. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured our glasses were never empty. We have visited during peak summer and they haven't provided enough stand fan because if that custmers were feeling hot. It is due to current extream weather in the month of March'24.Food is good but the staff not dedicated.
