It all began in the Spring of 2000, when 5 entrepreneurial brothers, with the encouragement of their friends and family, opened the first San Jose’s Mexican Restaurant in Central Florida. Zenovio, Jose Luis, Armando, Victor, and Miguel had a simple vision in mind. To not just open a restaurant serving delicious, made-from-scratch Mexican dishes at everyday prices, but a place where guests of all ages could gather together to experience the unique flavors, along with the art and culture of Mexico - all in a comfortable, casual setting.
