The signature dish at Samwoojung is Seoul Bulgogi. It consists of well-marinated beef bulgogi, glass noodles, mushrooms, spinach, rice cakes, and their secret broth.
*Cooking Instructions:
1.Prepare a pot with a depth of 5 cm.
2.Layer the bulgogi, glass noodles, and vegetables in the pot, then pour in half of the secret broth.
3.Cook on high heat, stirring well to combine. Be careful not to let the ingredients stick to the pot.
4. Once the bulgogi is mostly cooked, add the remaining broth and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
