Our new ramen is actually our founder, Ryo’s personal favorite for several years!The broth is a very rich Tonkotsu Miso broth with butter for extra richness. It is also topped with spicy garlic, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), a pork slice,half egg, corn, beansprout, green onion and nori. *This item contains butter.

Our specialty Hakata Tonkotsu ramen; the pork broth is simmered for at least 48 hours giving the bowl a rich flavor.Served with thin straight wheat noodles, a pork slice, green onions, and kikurage (black mushrooms).
