Sam's Club

Not the best location. Some of the employees are rude.

Signed up to see how it compares to Costco. Overall experience was ruined by food service. They were closing and I was the last in line. I asked for a chocolate frozen yogurt and was told "no more" and gave me a smug look. I was the last person in line and the 2 customers ahead of me ordered sundaes which took a while to assemble versus just dispensing a chocolate ice cream. So not sure what the red haired lady associate's problem was.

They decided to change benefits of the plus membership. Cancelled and got a refund.

It's still overpriced. Not as cost savings as you would believe. Selections are sparse. But when you're all about billions in profits, you sell overpriced products on your famous name. Costco servers, you better.

I love Sam’s club the one on bell road they really care about the customers and always go out of there way that’s why they always will have my business forever thank you.

Scan & Go is a real Time saver

Don’t ever try to call Sam’s because they won’t answer you. Tried calling them for two days the meat department and customer service and it rang for so long that it eventually ends up disconnecting.
