It is a great place to shop.

BLATANT False advertising clearly States online. "Pick up AS SOON AS 5:00 p.m. I Verified ALL items in cart have same advertising, Why then at Check out the option is next day WASTE OF TIME I COULD HAVE DRIVIN TO THE STORE SHOPPED AND MADE IT HOME IN THE TIME I WASTED ONLINE. CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY THE FALSE ADVERTISING OF COUSE PUT ON HOLD. What's the point in having member benefits of pick up if you can't use them as advertised.

Incompetently managed. Wait time for curbside pick up always takes forever. 15+ minutes seems to be the norm for them. When you call the front desk you are transferred to the curbside pickup desk and that call itself you will be on hold for another 10+ minutes. Monet the manager doesn’t really care either.

I LOVE Sam’s Club! Because the membership that I have allows me to shop between 7am-9:30am WITHOUT the crowd, and everything that comes with that! The Sam’s App allows me to scan my goods and pay for whatever is in my cart on my phone. (Receipts are stored in the app). The app issues a code that I show at the door, and the “door police” scan the code.. (I don’t have to stand in any lines to check out). shopping at Sam’s is as easy as it gets.

Always find good bargains. Gasoline was a super deal almost every day. Most items are on the shelf. Keep up the good job. Friendly staff. Good place to look for things I want.
