The pretzels are always hard because they cook ahead. Don't do that if I wanted hard food why would I pay.
My experience at the Sam's Club cafe was disappointingly poor. Despite the convenience of rarely encountering a line, the efficiency of the establishment was severely lacking. Placing a mobile order in advance to expedite the process turned out to be futile due to the inattentiveness of the young staff members manning the counter. These employees seemed more preoccupied with their personal conversations and distractions, including wearing headphones and engaging in flirtatious behavior, rather than focusing on their duties. During my visit, it took an astonishing 32 minutes to fulfill a simple order of a hotdog, drink, and salted pretzel, as indicated by the app. Observing their lackadaisical approach from my table, it was evident that they prioritized personal matters over customer service. While I don't anticipate top-tier service from a warehouse cafe, basic competence and dedication to the job should be expected. Sadly, the unprofessional conduct of the staff at the Sam's Club cafe left much to be desired, ultimately resulting in a frustrating and time-consuming dining experience.
They get pretty busy during lunch rush time, but the food keeps coming.
We stood in line a long time for our food. After 40 minutes, my wife got a dried out piece of pizza, and 10 minutes after that I got a hotdog. But they didn’t have any mustard. What is a hotdog without mustard?
To start the pizza is meh , I mean if you want a cheap lunch it’s okay but noting to rave about.
Hot dogs are good but condiments selection is seriously lacking. Overall food is decent if your there and hungry but not worth a drive.
It's good food, cheap. They get pretty busy during lunch rush time, but the food keeps coming.
