It was honestly a disappointing experience. The sign said they closed at 2 but was still serving a line of customers. I was already in line and all of a sudden, the employee decided to close down and as soon as I got out of line and walked away, the employee was STILL SERVING CUSTOMERS but rejected me all bcus my daughter wanted frozen yogurt. Horrible customer service
Extremely slow. They either need one more person who works the register at all times or self use registers like Costco. The employees have to run between the register and preparing food which drags the process out considerably. Management issue.
Last time I went half an hour before close and the worker said they were closed. I referenced the sign that says “10am to close” she just shrugged. I went again one hour early, same story. Before leaving I asked the lady checking my receipt when the cafe closes, she said “God knows! Sometimes they close early, sometimes close late. Sometimes they don’t even work.”
They don't keep consistent hours. It is luck of the draw to ever see them open. This makes a poor experience for members who value the cafe.
