Samos is an unpretentious Greek restaurant in Baltimore Greektown where the owner is the chef, cooking homey dishes from the islands of Greece. The longtime servers are saucy, don't tell them where you saw it. Cash only, ATM on site, liquor/wine store up the street. Possibly the best grilled octopus, lamb shank, chicken soup and gyros in the US.
