SAMAKA MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD (Mississauga)

Honestly the best restaurant in the GTA for seafood. If you’re a seafood lover, this is the place the get the perfectly made fresh fish of your choice. Chef Tauseef makes the fish to perfection and recommends the best way to enjoy your meal. The dining experience is amazing from staff service, the restaurant setup, atmosphere. This is a must go to place in the GTA!

Tausif is the best chef for Egyptian seafood. Best molokhia I had in Canada. We had the best experience and the food was outstanding! I can't wait to come back here again.

The food at this restaurant had an exquisite taste. The fish, recommended by Tawsif, was wonderfully flavorful, with a perfect blend of spices and freshness. Each bite offered a delightful combination of textures, making it a truly enjoyable and memorable culinary experience. The overall dining experience, including the service and quality of food, justifies the prices. I look forward to returning for more delightful meals.

Very tasty and delicious seafood

Showed up here at lunch time on family day after calling ahead the night before to confirm availability. The place was just opening when we arrived after 12 and the staff looked surprised and unprepared to serve us. We order coffee and tea to start and received puzzled stares from the server who said they only have “Arabic coffee” despite the menu indicating two options “normal coffee” and “Arabic coffee”. They also did not carry any milk. It took over 30 minutes to get served our teas and coffees which were brewed beside the counter by our server. It’s important to note that we were the only guests in the restaurant at this time. We opted to pay our bills and relocate elsewhere after our drinks arrived. Can’t comment on the quality of the food but the interior of the restaurant and atmosphere was not as expected based on the photos online, ratings or the price point of the menu items. It looked more like a well decorated cafeteria than an upscale dining establishment.
