Salt Kitchen & Lounge South Beach is a laid back restaurant located in the Lord Balfour Hotel, conveniently situated on Ocean Drive, south of 5th Street. Beach goers can enjoy a small bite, or entree crafted by award-winning Chef, Dustin Atoigue. Salt offers indoor and outdoor seating and features a backyard lounge to host parties and live music, where guests can access the pool, jacuzzi and tiki bar. Longer than the ordinary happy hour, Salt offers a happy hour menu from 5-9 p.m. Among the carefully crafted menu are two stand out dishes, the lobster rolls and tuna tartare.
