Pork marinated in our adobo sauce grilled with pineapple chunks and onions. Served in a half of a carved pineapple bowl, a side of rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream & guacamole. Cooked with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and flour tortillas.
